Covid Safe Plan
Zoomed is defined by the Victorian Government as a small businessZoomed will
- Maintain this COVID Safe Plan and update it where necessary
- Will ensure that our office remains closed during this time unless absolutely necessary for the pickup or drop-off of vehicles or equipment
- Ensure that our workers remain out of the office where possible
- Collect and maintain records of all people that attend the work site for more than 15 minutes at any one time
- Ensure all our staff and contractors are in good health and do not report to work if they are not
- Ensure that our staff and contractors who are unwell are sent home and will get tested. Zoomed will not re-use these personnel until they have a negative COVID-19 test result AND they are no longer showing any symptoms of illness.
- Report any case of COVID-19 to DHHS and other relevant authorities, as well as notifying our workforce
- Regularly clean our facilities.
- Ensure that all drivers wear masks at all times when not in their vehicle
- Ensure that all goods received will be wiped down on receipt of goods

Provide and promote hand sanitiser stations for use on entering building and other locations in the worksite and ensure adequate supplies of hand soap and paper towels are available for staff. | Hand Sanitizer is available in the office – located on the table in the main office space. Cleaning | |
